10×10 Arch Dune Tent – Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Center – Ras Al Khaimah

TentProject successfully carried out a large-scale event for the leading development company, Mira Developments. To launch a new project at the Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Center (Ras Al Khaimah), additional space was required to organize a VIP gift distribution area for 1,500 guests.

Our solution was the swift installation of a fully enclosed arch tent spanning 100 m². The structure was built on a challenging landscape—a sandy-pebbly beach adjacent to the exhibition complex.

Key features of the project:

1. A reliable foundation that ensures a level and stable base, thanks to the installation of a wooden floor made of beams and plywood with carpet covering.
2. The tent space is fully protected from heat due to a powerful air conditioning system powered by an autonomous generator.
3. A sturdy ramp was constructed to ensure seamless logistics.
4. The tent itself is made from white PVC with solid walls and a double door, creating a neutral and stylish environment perfectly suited to the client's needs.

Despite the challenging conditions, we completed the installation of the structure in just 2 days, and the dismantling took only 4 hours, providing Mira Developments with impeccable service and solutions to their logistical challenges.
