Delivery Timelines
- In-stock items: Shipping completed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation
- Custom-made structures: 3–5 business days for production before dispatch
- Delivery timelines: Agreed upon individually based on project requirements
Shipping Conditions
- All items are securely packed and stabilized for transit
- Liability for shipments transfers to the buyer only upon handover to third-party carriers
- We recommend inspecting the goods upon receipt

Self-Pickup Services
We provide the service of self-pickup for tent structures and canopies from our production facility.
The cargo vehicles used must meet a number of requirements for loading operations:
- The packaged structure is loaded into the vehicle using a forklift, and a pallet with the tent fabric is placed on top.
- Packaged boards are loaded manually into the same vehicle, as they may break if handled with a forklift.
- Aluminum beams are also loaded using a forklift.
- Clamps, screws, and supports are placed in boxes on the beams and secured together with strapping tape.
Vehicle Requirements by Size
- Small tent structures (up to 3 cubic meters and weighing no more than 2.5 tons): Delivery carried out using our own fleet of vehicles
- Larger tents: Delivery performed by partner transport and logistics companies
