Warranty on Tents

The standard warranty for our products is provided for a period of 2 years. This warranty covers:

  • The metal frame structure
  • PVC fabric components
  • All major structural elements including arches, half-arches, glass packages, solid walls, and doors

Warranty Extension Option

We offer an extended 3-year warranty available at contract signing for an additional fee, subject to proper use and maintenance. All our products have a regulated lifespan of 10 years when maintained according to our guidelines.
