The photographs show a real TentProject portfolio reference: a project delivered for a birthday celebration at Lesnoy restaurant within the Otrada country complex. The event used a 260 m² ARCH TENT HEXA 260/10 with a transparent roof.

A transparent event space in a natural setting

The hexagonal arch structure retained daylight and open views of the surrounding landscape. In the evening, the clear roof became part of the lighting design. The tent brought the guest and stage areas together within one protected space.

Installation without a full floor system

Preserving the natural lawn was a key requirement. Additional support pedestals were used to level and reinforce the structure. The reinforced base was designed for lighting equipment with a total weight exceeding 500 kg. The supports were fixed with metal anchors driven up to 1.5 m into the ground.

Technical areas around the supports, the interior and the entrance path were finished with artificial grass matching the site.

Custom Cristall roof

A new transparent roof was produced from 0.7 mm Cristall PVC film specifically for the project. Production took 3 days.

Site access and programme

Because access to the venue was restricted, structural components and equipment were carried by hand for more than 50 m. Installation took 12 hours and dismantling took 6 hours.

Application for UAE events

A similar configuration can be considered for private celebrations, corporate events, hospitality venues and outdoor event settings in the UAE. The final structure and equipment package should be selected for the specific venue and event format.
