In cooperation with international partners, a new transport and logistics center has been completed, aimed at relieving the main logistics hubs and improving the efficiency of cargo transportation in the region.
For the grand opening, TentProject provided a tent complex consisting of ARCH DUNE and ARCH GATE structures, with a 450 m² conference hall specially designed to host high-level guests. The decision to use these specific tent models was based on their versatility and ability to accommodate large gatherings while ensuring both comfort and safety. ARCH Series tents offer flexibility for a range of event formats, from conferences to exhibitions, while providing a robust solution that can withstand various weather conditions, including high winds, rain and intense heat.
Known for their durability, these structures are built to last for years. The frames are constructed of galvanized aluminum, ensuring resistance to corrosion and wear, even in harsh environments. This choice of materials, combined with the highest quality European-made PVC fabric, provides long-term reliability and meets stringent fire safety standards. The tents are also equipped with reinforced anchoring systems to handle a variety of terrains, making them ideal for both temporary and semi-permanent installations.
To enhance guest comfort, the TentProject team fitted the complex with carpeting and thermal corners, complete with air conditioning systems to maintain a stable and comfortable temperature throughout the event. The installation, carried out in four shifts, was meticulously planned, while the dismantling required only two shifts, highlighting the efficiency of the TentProject team.
The completion of the logistics center represents a major step forward for international trade and TentProject's involvement underlines its ability to provide high quality, professional solutions for events of any size.
