On 23 July 2025, the Indilight brand held the Steak Cup in Moscow's Ostankino Park. The real event set a Russian record by preparing 895 turkey steaks and welcomed approximately 1,500 guests. A one-event rental package of about 700 m² of temporary structures supported the programme.
Small-format tents and branded pavilions
The completed layout included ARCH EVENT RT25/5 arch tents, CLASSIC EVENT RT25/5 pagodas, star-shaped tents and cube-format pavilions. Exact models and quantities for the star tents and cube pavilions were not documented. For comparable UAE projects, TentProject can combine suitable arch tents with supporting structures selected for the venue and visitor flow.
Food service, guest and activation zones
The temporary structures supported food preparation and service, tasting, guest seating and branded service points. Furniture, tables and poufs completed the layout, while event branding created a coordinated visual system across the site.
Flooring and artificial turf
The floor base used 100×100 mm timber treated with a fire-protection compound and 17 mm plywood. Artificial turf was installed in selected zones. This is one example of how a rental tent package can be delivered with practical interior fit-out rather than as empty structures.
Ground anchoring and delivery schedule
The tents were secured with ground stakes. Installation took 2 days, the rental covered one event day, and dismantling was completed in 1 day.
Application for UAE food festivals
This reference is relevant to branded food festivals, outdoor hospitality events, corporate family days and public activations. TentProject can adapt a comparable multi-zone layout through its event solutions, accounting for local climate, surface, circulation and operational requirements.
