On 20 September 2025, a real corporate event for MOEX Group was held at an outdoor venue near the Ostankino TV Tower in Moscow. The temporary rental layout covered 650 m² and supported a programme for approximately 1,500 guests.
A multi-structure event layout
The completed reference combined ARCH HEXA RT260/10, ARCH EVENT RT25/5 units, CLASSIC EVENT RT25/5 and RT9/3 pagodas, and a star-shaped tent. The exact star-tent model was not recorded. For comparable UAE projects, TentProject selects suitable arch tents and supporting structures according to the venue and programme.
Team-building, food and workshop zones
The temporary infrastructure supported team-building activities, food service and workshops. Wall configurations were selected for the individual zones, while lighting, flooring and carpet completed the operational fit-out.
Transparent materials and lawn protection
The real project used transparent Cristall film and 650 g/m² PVC roofing. A protective mesh was laid over the lawn before the temporary floor and carpet were installed.
Anchoring and programme schedule
The structures were fixed to the floor base and additionally secured with 1.5 m stakes of 20 mm diameter. Installation took 3 days, followed by a 1-day dismantling period.
Application for UAE corporate events
This reference demonstrates how a rental tent package can divide a large outdoor site into coordinated activity, catering and workshop areas.
