One of TentProject’s most captivating cases was the installation of arch tents for the yacht club, located in the heart of Eastern Europe, on the shore of a picturesque lake renowned among VIP guests for its comfort and exceptional conditions for waterside recreation.
The yacht club's owners approached TentProject with a request to design structures that would not only complement the club’s exterior but also significantly enhance the comfort level for its guests. As a result of the fruitful collaboration between TentProject’s team and the customer, after agreeing on all the details, engineers and project managers presented a complex of arch tents consisting of two ARCH SQUARE 256/8 modules with a total area of 512 m². This project transformed the club’s grounds, providing a spacious lounge area and a platform for a summer café, which enabled the club to host large private events.
The chosen tents stand out for their capacity—each structure accommodates up to 130 people—and for their high wind resistance, capable of withstanding gusts up to 35 m/s, thanks to their weight of over 8 tons. Additional strength is provided by eight supporting legs made from high-strength steel, produced using the latest manufacturing technologies. Moreover, the tent coverings, made by leading manufacturers of PVC fabrics, come with European fire safety certificates. All of this guarantees not only a high level of comfort for events of any scale but also impressive reliability, a hallmark of TentProject structures.
The project was not without its challenges. The TentProject assembly team and design engineers encountered uneven terrain, a problem that was addressed during the design phase by developing a complex flooring system, along with additional weights, anchors, and fasteners for the structures. Throughout the installation process, as during the design stage, special attention was given to every detail, ensuring strict quality control at all stages—from production to installation. The entire process took 14 days.
After the installation, TentProject received numerous positive reviews from both the customer and guests of the yacht club’s events on social media, further highlighting the functionality of the structures, which seamlessly blend into almost any architectural style, and the aesthetic appeal of the tents, enhancing the event experience with an unparalleled level of luxury and comfort, catering to both large-scale events and customers who value privacy and premium service.
