This verified portfolio reference was completed in 2017 for MKB SuperFest, an event marking the client’s 25th anniversary near the Ostankino Tower in Moscow. The temporary event infrastructure covered approximately 3,000 m² and supported a festival for 5,000 guests.

A scalable multi-tent event layout

The configuration included two ARCH TENT SQUARE STEP 600/10/10X1 structures of 600 m² each, an ARCH TENT DUNE 100/10, an ARCH TENT 100/10 with a 100 m² footprint, and four star-shaped tents.

The combination of several structure types creates a scalable configuration across one open venue. For a UAE event, a comparable arrangement can be planned around the site layout, programme and required guest capacity without presenting the source project as a local installation.

Project scope and programme

The source project was delivered as a rental solution. The documented scope included flooring and carpet finishing, logistics and lighting equipment. Installation took 5 days and dismantling took 2 days.
