The Arch Gate Tent for Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East
For the prestigious Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East event held at the Dubai Autodrome on Saturday, 16th January 2025. Our team completed a wide range of services, including tent design for rental, production, branding, installation, and subsequent dismantling.
The Arch Gate 40/8/5 tent (8x5 meters) was provided for rent, fully meeting the client’s requirements. Renting arch tents for events of this caliber is the perfect solution to create an elegant space that matches the event's status. We offer premium tents suitable for both private and corporate events.
For this project, the tent was manufactured in a record time of just 4 days at our production facility in Dubai. The dome and walls of the tent were made from high-quality PVC blackout material, providing complete light blockage inside the structure. This made it possible to install computer equipment without the risk of overheating or glare.
The tent branding was carried out using UV printing, ensuring precise alignment with the client’s corporate color palette according to the RAL standard. We always pay close attention to details to make the tent not only functional but also a stylish part of the event.
The installation of the tent took only 8 hours, despite challenging weather conditions. To ensure stability, a special podium structure made of timber and plywood was created, serving both as a foundation for the tent and as a counterweight capable of withstanding strong wind loads.
The arched trusses of the tent are designed to support a load of up to 200 kg, enabling the installation of lighting and other decorative elements.
