Thank you for shopping at TentProject.ae. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

    • The item is unused and in its original condition;
    • You can provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

    Please note:

    • TentProject does not offer free replacements. If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including installation, dismantling, delivery, and handling fees.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Custom-made or made-to-order structures (e.g. tents manufactured to client specifications);
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling;

    Products showing signs of use or wear.

  3. How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return:

    Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

  4. Return Shipping Costs

    If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
