Completed Tent Installations Worldwide

In August 2025, TentProject participated in the organization of a large-scale festival in Eastern Europe, implementing a comprehensive project for the installation of tents and providing additional infrastructure.

Our specialists ensured a full cycle of work, from design and delivery of the structures to installation and equipping all areas.

Key elements of the project:

Variety of structures:

1. Arch tents ranging from 3.5×3.5 m to 20×20 m for main events
2. Two diamond wood tents measuring 10×10 m for premium zones
3. Lightweight and mobile pagodas (3×3 m, 4×4 m, 5×5 m) for interactive areas.

Additional infrastructure:

1. Professional lighting for evening events
2. Flooring that ensures comfort and safety for guests
3. Efficient logistics and prompt assembly/disassembly of structures.

Thanks to our comprehensive approach, the organizers were able to create a multifunctional space adapted for various activity formats—from lectures and workshops to musical performances and food courts. Guests and participants of the festival noted the convenience, aesthetics, and reliability of all installed structures.
